In-person shoe fittings are a lie! You do not need to book a shoe fitting appointment. All the so-called “experts” do is measure your child’s foot against the size of the shoes they have in the stock room. There is no “magic” to it. It’s a marketing ploy to make you feel like it’s essential - like it’s some kind of important milestone. It’s a marketing ploy to make a sale. The truth of the matter is: foot fittings aren’t magical. There is no need to succumb to the stresses of in-store shoe fittings. At Grow, we value your time, and we value honesty - so we won’t make you suffer the shoe fitting process.

All you need to do is measure the length of your child’s foot. Anyone can be an “expert” at that.

To simplify the process, print off our measuring chart, place it on the ground, and have your child step one foot on it. Jot down the millimetre measurement from the heel to the tip of their longest toe. You can cut out our measuring tape to help you. Do the same for the other foot and choose the biggest measurement.

There is no need to add any extra room, as we have already accounted for space for growing. We aim to support the development of your superstar’s feet for all their adventures. Plus, we offer hook and loop closures with adjustable buckle fastenings and rip strap closures that are quick and easy with no fiddly laces.
